Q: What is the WNP VIP Program?
A: The WNP VIP Program is our way of thanking our loyal customers for purchasing our products. Via the program, you can earn points and reach Program loyalty tiers by making eligible purchases and other tasks. Once you reach a certain loyalty tier and/or earn a certain number of points, you will be rewarded with corresponding rewards and benefits. Eligible purchases and other point earning opportunities will be posted on our website and through other channels (e.g., in marketing communications, social media, etc.).

Q: Who is eligible to join the WNP VIP Program?
A:The WNP VIP Program is available to individuals 18 years and older, who are legal residents of the United States, and maintain a valid email address. Employees of The WNP Companies and individuals employed by our business partners or vendors are eligible for membership for personal use only, but may be excluded from certain program benefits.

Q: How does the WNP VIP Program work?
A:The WNP VIP Program is a loyalty program that rewards customers for purchasing WNP products and participating in certain brand experiences. It is a tier-based program determined by the number of points a member has earned within a single year on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enroll. There are 3 tiers with associated benefits:
- Tier 1 (W1) 0 – 2999 points
- Tier 2 (W2) 3000 –4999 points
- Tier 3 (W3) 5000 + points
When you join, you’ll automatically be placed in Tier 1 (W1) and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 (W1) members receive. If you earn at least 3000 points in your first year, you’ll be upgraded to Tier 2 (W2). If you earn 5000 points or more in your first year, you’ll be upgraded Tier 3 (W3). Your status in a particular tier is good for the year in which you qualify for that tier and the following full year. After that, you’ll need to earn enough points to qualify for that tier each year. For example, if you qualify for Tier 2 (W2), during your first year, you’ll maintain W2 status until the conclusion of the second year. But, if you earn less than 5000 points on eligible purchases during your second year, you’ll drop back down to Tier 1, on your second anniversary date.Higher tier members receive additional benefits!

A:As a member, you earn points that determine your points benefits plus tier levels and tier benefits.Points Benefits: At different point levels you will unlock rewards that can be used in conjunction with a purchase on wnp.us. These rewards are based on the number of points you have accumulated in a single year as listed below and are valid for one time redemption per year. You must redeem your unlocked rewards prior to your anniversary date, or the available rewards will expire. On your anniversary date, your points reset to 0 and you start accumulating new points and unlocking new rewards. You may only redeem one points benefit reward per order. Points benefits cannot be combined with other site-wide promotional offers (e.g., other discounts, free sample offers, free product offers, etc.). *Points are not valid for purchase of gift cards, eGift cards, sales tax and other excluded charges and/or products as specified by us from time to time, including, but not limited to, certain discounted products and reduced price promotional sets.Tier Benefits: Tiered benefits are available to all members within that tier regardless of the number of points you currently have. Q: How do I earn points?
A:To earn points, you must be enrolled in WNP at the date of purchase. If you are not a member of WNP at the time of purchase, you must enroll on wnp.us within the next 24 hours, using the same email address you provided at the time of purchase, in order to be eligible to earn points on that purchase. WNP members receive 10 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases on wnp.us. Eligible purchases include regular priced merchandise and exclude eGift Cards, Gift Cards, sales tax, state fees, discounts, shipping and delivery charges, and/or other excluded charges specified by us from time-to-time. In addition to these purchases, here are more ways to earn points at wnp.us :
